>> Our initial contact is ideally followed by an in-person meeting and a visit to your property. This allows us to discuss your needs, address any concerns and ensure you have the opportunity to ask any questions. It also gives me the chance to understand the size and layout of your property, your preferences and any specific requirements.

>> Following this, I will provide a personalised proposal, detailing a customised bundle of services suited to your home and needs. This will include details such as frequency of visits, your preferred method of communication (WhatsApp, email reports, photos, videos), and any other relevant considerations.

There are no fees for this consultation – establishing trust and ensuring you feel completely confident in my ability to care for your holiday home is my priority.

Areas I primarily cover are Villeneuve-Loubet, Biot, Antibes, Mougins and Valbonne but please contact me if your holiday home is located outside this area, as I would be very happy to help, if possible.

Pricing

Every home is different, and so are your needs. I offer tailored service bundles based on the specific requirements of your property, your preferences and how often you would like visits. Pricing also reflects the size and location of your home.

As a guide, packages may be in the region of €500 per month but could also be less or more depending on your service requirements and conditions mentioned above. I’ll be happy to discuss your needs and provide a personalised quote.
